Gated Access Including Fence and Wall Build, North London

This project created a stylish yet secure access solution between a residential property and newly built flats at the rear. We completely redesigned the side passage, installing a robust fence system complemented by a partial rebuild of the deteriorating brick boundary wall.

The entrance was enhanced with premium decorative wood cladding that provides both privacy and visual appeal. A bespoke gated entrance featuring integrated security hardware ensures controlled access while maintaining aesthetic harmony with the property’s character.

The finished installation balances security requirements with sophisticated design elements, satisfying both the property owner and flat residents. The project was completed in 10 days.
